Switch between Personal and Organiser accounts

A Personal Account allows you to use the platform as a learner: join and complete Activities and Playlists, earn badges and export them to an Open Badges credentials standard.
A Personal Account is required to create and manage one or more Organiser’s Accounts.
The Organiser’s Account allows you to create and manage Activities, Playlists and Badges. Organisers can be any type of organisation, school, company, informal group or freelance service provider.

Switch between Personal and Organiser accounts:Log in to the platform.
Click on your profile picture/icon in the top right. See the article on how to Upload your profile picture.
Choose the account you want to use. You can select between your Personal account and Organiser account(s). See the help article on how to Register an Organiser’s Account.
